Noble Roots Bar was founded by a world-class mixologist and former bar manager of Night Jar – ranked #2 in the Top 50 Best Bars in the World – Tony Pescatori, together with a chemist and cocktail enthusiast Tess Mamakova.
With a wealth of experience in crafting and enjoying cocktails, a sea of charm, and 2 hectares of land near Belgrade, they set out to create a space where craftsmanship, nature, and hospitality meet.
Today, their vision has grown into a vibrant, international team bringing together talents from Serbia, Turkey, Italy, and Russia, united by a passion for creativity, flavor, and unforgettable experiences.

About Us
Noble Roots Bar is more than just a place to enjoy a drink; it's a celebration of craftsmanship, community, and the beauty of nature.
They met in Rome. She was a simple tourist who loved visiting beautiful places around the world. He was a famous bartender from London, working a guest shift at a luxurious bar with a view of the Colosseum. A glance. A spark. And two years later, they decided to create their own unique project in Serbia. They had a million ideas, a wealth of experience in creating and enjoying cocktails, a sea of charm, and 2 hectares of land near Belgrade.
