They met in Rome. She was a simple tourist who loved visiting beautiful places around the world. He was a famous bartender from London, working a guest shift at a luxurious bar with a view of the Colosseum. A glance. A spark. And two years later, they decided to create their own unique project in Serbia. They had a million ideas, a wealth of experience in creating and enjoying cocktails, a sea of charm, and 2 hectares of land near Belgrade.

Our allotment is a vibrant oasis where an array of vegetables, herbs, and fruits thrive. From vibrant peppers and crunchy cucumbers to aromatic mint and tangy strawberries, our garden offers a cornucopia of flavors.
Amidst the bustling activity of bees and butterflies, our garden also serves as a sanctuary for pollinators, contributing to the local ecosystem and fostering biodiversity.
Drawing inspiration from our commitment to sustainability, we employ permaculture and symbiotic farming techniques in collaboration with professors from the University of Belgrade.
We source our seedlings and flower honeys from Serbian monasteries, ensuring that everything on our menu is organically grown in Serbia and the Balkans.
